Upgrade Your Watering Experience with Our New "Master Valve by Zone"
Make your Yardian more powerful with an all-new feature
Are some of the zones in your yard associated with a master valve or pump relay while some zones aren’t? Do you want to activate a fertilizer injector or control other devices via a relay without turning on the master zone? Now you can make Yardian an even more powerful controller with our new “Master Valve by Zone” feature.
For Yardian app version 3.10.4 and up, and Yardian firmware version 6.6.9 and up, you can find a new “Master Valve” option in the “Yardian Device Settings”. Select zones with a master valve or pump relay and the master zone will only be activated when the zones you specified are turned on. The rest of the zones can work independently of the master zone based on your needs. With the help of a relay, you can control a wider variety of applications, such as light systems or any devices that require schedules.
Another application of this feature is to turn on two zones at the same time. If you don’t have a master valve or pump relay, you can use the master zone as a regular zone, which can be activated with any other zone(s) you specified. This way, you can turn on 2 zones simultaneously without having to attach 2 valve wires to the same terminal.
