Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

For Customers in the United States

Return

  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for customers within the United States.

  • How to Return: Please contact us at support@aeonmatrix.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid fees.

For International Customers Outside the United States

Return

  • Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels for international orders.

  • How to Return: Please contact us at support@aeonmatrix.com to confirm the address of our nearest regional warehouse.

  • Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if:

  • The item is returned in an opened box (seal broken).

  • The item is missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

  • The item is claimed to be defective but is found to be in working condition upon inspection.

Refund Payment: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
