For International Customers Outside the United States

Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels for international orders.

Refunds & Restocking Fees
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if:

The item is returned in an opened box (seal broken).

The item is missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

The item is claimed to be defective but is found to be in working condition upon inspection.
Refund Payment: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
